qualification 任职资格:

basic job responsibilities 基本职责:
1、develop new/potential customer, to increase company business开发新的客户，以使公司业务不断发展；
2、develop new project of exist customer, coordinate internal and external, to service the customers开发已有客户的新项目，进行内部组织，服务客户；
3、give customers good service via sales, resolve customers complaints, to satisfy the needs of customer通过产品销售服务顾客，解决产品抱怨，满足顾客需求。
duties & responsibilities 具体工作职责:
1、according to the strategy of lear group, coordinate and develop new customers根据李尔集团战略规划，积极配合开发新的客户；
2、perform some market analysis, submit concerned information to the company as reference进行市场研究，提供市场信息供公司决策参考；
3、 collect market information, especially competitors benchmarking data, to facilitate the company’s business plan and to facilitate the internal improvement收集市场情报，尤其是竟争对手信息，供公司制订业务计划，内部管理改善参考；
4、communicate closely with customers, organize and coordinate the new projects, give good service to exist customers, to enhance the satisfaction of customer与已有客户保持紧密联系，内外组织协调新项目的推进，服务好已有客户，提高公司的客户满意度；
5、coordinate with sales, logistic staff, establish customer annually delivery plan与销售，物流人员紧密协作，制订年度供货预测与安排；
6、coordinate with qc department to analyses and resolve the customer’s complaints与质量部门配合解决客户抱怨，参与客户抱怨的分析；
7、report to general manager the market opportunity and risk.定期向总经理报告市场机遇与风险；
8、participate the feasibility study for some new project.参与新项目的可行性分析；
9、maintain and analysis the sales data.公司销售数据的维护；
10、other jobs arranged by the company.领导安排的其他工作。
