职位描述：
job responsibilities:
1、management accounting
· lead preparation of management accounts,budgets & forecasts
· prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested by management
· cash flow and asset management
2、standard costing
· management of standard costing process & systems and costs
3、expense control
· monitor & control expenses
· recommend and implement cost savings and productivity measures
4、people development
· supervise and coordinate staff in accounting areas, including admin areas where relevant
· ensure staff development meets performance goals
5、finance policies
· develop and maintain efficient & effective financial policies and procedures
qualification:
1、bachelor degree in accounting, ideally qualified accountant (cpa/acca/cima or equivalent).
2、5 years total finance experience of which at least 3 is at a senior manager or above level,
china experience manufacturing industry preferred.
3、experience in erp qad/hyperion experience preferred, fluent in english and mandarin.
